Phillip Kravetz, MD

Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery

Dr. Phillip Kravetz is a fellowship-trained, board-certified surgeon trained by both orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons, and has focused his 21-year career on minimally invasive spinal procedures.

 

Dr. Kravetz earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School before completing a fellowship in molecular pharmacology at Harvard University. He completed his postdoctoral training in orthopedic surgery at Henry ford Hospital and another fellowship, this time specializing in spinal reconstruction, at the Institute for Spinal Disorders at the Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Kravetz was an early adopter of minimally invasive spinal procedures and has travelled the world teaching other spine surgeons the techniques of his specialty. He also manages non-surgical back and neck treatments to give patients an improved quality of life. In his spare time, Dr. Kravetz enjoys the outdoors, fitness, art and travel.
