Cullman Regional’s Employee Wellness Team provides annual wellness testing for insured employees and their dependents, manages the Employee Fitness Facility which is available to employees free of charge and coordinates the community wellness screenings program as well as the Corporate Wellness Program for employers.

The Employee Health Nurse helps prevent employees from becoming sick through annual vaccinations, and testing requirements. Employee health also monitors, tests and tracks employees who have had exposures to contagious diseases as well as assists employees who have had on the job injuries get appropriate care and treatment for any injuries. Employee Health assists every employee, contract personnel and physician to make sure they are safe and well.
