Cullman Regional Virtual Care allows you to consult with a doctor live, at any time, from anywhere. Created through a partnership between
Cullman Regional and Synct, Cullman Regional Virtual Care allows you to get the treatment you need for non-emergency conditions without having to wait for an appointment with your primary care physician or visit an urgent care center or hospital emergency room.

Receive care when you need it, from anywhere.

How It Works

We believe you deserve a new telemedicine solution to receive care from your physician when you have a basic care need and an office visit appointment is not necessary – that is where Synct’s Asynchronous Telemedicine comes in (What is asynchronous telemedicine?).

Patients, using an app on their mobile devices or computers, can explain their symptoms and hear the medical opinions and advice of a board-certified doctor or nurse practitioner. Providers will consult with patients via voice and video in real time. After evaluating your condition, your Cullman Regional provider will respond as appropriate for your condition. Synct operates as a cloud based software that works on your computer, smart phone, or anywhere you have a device connected to the internet.

    • Live, face-to-face care for adults and kids.
    • Prescriptions can be sent directly to the Cullman Regional Pharmacy.
    • Wait time averages 6 minutes. A Provider can typically  resolve a health care problem in 10 minutes.
