D’Lisa Bitterly, MD

D'Lisa Bitterly, MD is a board-certified general surgeon at Cullman Regional Medical Group Surgical Arts. She received her Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed an internship at University of North Carolina Medical Center and her residency in general surgery at Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base. Dr. Bitterly has served as US Airforce Lieutenant Colonel and general surgeon at a number of U.S. military bases. Her dedication and commitment to patients and the medical profession have earned her recognition and numerous awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal in 2020.
