Healthcare Risk Management Week recognizes the critical role risk managers and safety professionals play in patient safety and patient care practices, quality assurance, safe work environments and liability.

Cullman Regional’s Quality & Risk Management teams work consistently to ensure patient safety and privacy through risk assessment and reduction evaluation, root cause analysis, claims management, patient concern reviews and investigations, chart reviews, quality data analysis, auditing and monitoring as well as patient rights, advocacy, education and policy management.

This team is focused on making patient safety and quality our TOP PRIORITY! They collaborate with all clinical areas of the hospital to ensure a culture of safety for both our patients and team members.
