In honor of IT Professionals Day, we would like to recognize our IT team for all they do to monitor and maintain the hospital’s information technology systems and services. The IT Department includes programmers, application analysts, system administrators, network engineers and hardware technicians. Programming development, helpdesk service, hardware support, applications software and telecommunications are just a few of many services the IT department provides.

Cullman Regional also has a Provider Technology Support team who serves exclusively as a technical support team for providers and their staff for Cullman Regional Clinical systems. Our Provider Technology Support team works one-on-one with providers to help meet quality, service and efficiency benchmarks.

Our IT team prides itself in having excellent customer service and the willingness to do whatever it takes to resolve hardware and software issues. The IT department is available Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM and on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
