Nine Local Providers Join Cullman Regional Medical Group

Cullman Regional Medical Group is proud to welcome nine local providers who have served the community for many years. This transition, effective December 1, will ensure that patients continue to receive the same compassionate and high quality care they trust, now with expanded access to resources and support through Cullman Regional. Patients should be assured their care will continue without interruption. All previously scheduled appointments will remain in place and patients do not need to call to confirm their appointments.

The following providers will join Cullman Regional Medical Group on December 1:

• Mike Machen, MD
• Tom Montgomery, MD
• Randall Quinn, MD
• Jennifer Anderson, CRNP
• Katherine Mann, CRNP
• Justin Wilson, CRNP

Also on December 1, Dr. Joe Johnson and Dr. Mike Machen will move their practice to Cullman Regional Internal & Family Medicine Clinic, located on Cullman Regional’s campus at 1800 Alabama Hwy 157, Professional Office Building 3, Suite 100. All other providers will remain at their current clinic located at 408 Clark Street in downtown Cullman.

Patients who have an appointment with Dr. Johnson or Dr. Machen before December 1, will see their doctor at the Clark Street location. Appointments with Dr. Johnson or Dr. Machen on or after December 1 will take place at Cullman Regional Internal & Family Medicine Clinic.

For continuity of care, patients are strongly encouraged to request their medical records from the existing clinic before December 1. This will allow their provider to have access to their medical records after December 1.

Cullman Regional’s priority is to make this a seamless transition. Patients with questions should be aware the phone number provided in a letter sent to patients was incorrect. For questions about an appointment with any of these providers or to schedule a visit, patients should call 256-734-3202.
