One tool that can help you stay informed is a patient portal which allows you or someone you authorize to view or download parts of your patient visit records. This record can include medical conditions, medications, allergies, vital signs, lab results, etc. Through Cullman Regional’s hospital patient portal, you can see information about your hospital stay and any outpatient tests, imaging or procedures. Through the Cullman Regional Medical Group’s patient portal, you can see information about care you received at any of the hospital’s employed provider clinics.
Hospital Patient Portal
Cullman Regional has a new hospital patient portal called My Care Corner. This new patient portal replaces Thrive Patient Portal and requires patients to create a new account in My Care Corner. If you do not have login information for your My Care Corner hospital patient portal account, call My Care Corner Support at 256-737-2500. If you do have login information, use the button below to access your account.
Medical Group Patient Portal
The Cullman Regional Medical Group is a group of physicians and advanced practitioners who are employed by the hospital. If you are a patient of a Medical Group provider, you can access your health records through the Medical Group Patient Portal. If you do not have login information for your Medical Group Patient Portal account, call the IQHealth Patient Portal Support Line at 877-621-8014 and select Option 2.
