Cullman Regional medical staff and team members are sad to acknowledge the loss of long-time cardiologist Mir Varquez, MD. Our hospital family, especially our cardiovascular services and inpatient nursing team members are heartbroken by this loss.
Dr. Varquez has been a familiar face around the hospital for approximately 25 years. She and her family established Cullman as their home, and Dr. Varquez has been an active member of the community and medical staff during her tenure.
